ScanGauge D for 2019 models

Received my ScanGauge D and the cable supplied is different on my 2019 chassis from previous years. My port is green. Called Scangauge and they acknowledge the differences and immediately sent me the correct cable. Attached is photo.

I ordered mind directly from ScanGauge. In the notes I put I put my RV details. They sent me the correct cable from the get-go. Along with a strange adapter that I'm not sure what is for.

Really appreciate the post. I just received my ScanGuage D yesterday for our Renegade 2019 Verona LE to be delivered next month. Will call tomorrow for the correct cable. Thanks for taking the time to let us know.

Has anyone sent out the captured data/information from their ScanGuage D to get the X-Gauge Commands in order to view additional PIDs?

This past weekend was the first time using the ScanGuage D along with the newest "green" cable. As I was driving received two codes ID236 FM07 CNT26 and ID195 FM15 CNT127 on the ScanGuage but when I pull off the road and place the truck in neutral and brakes on I pull nothing from the DIC (Dash Information Panel). ScanGuage D has the latest Firmware V9.12.

Does anyone know a link to look up the codes for the 8.9 ISL?

Anyone knowledgeable on this?

Thanks for posting this! I recently purchase a Scangauge D and was trying to connect it to our 2018 Verona LE and the F pin hole in the OBD connector is smaller than the one on the Scangauge connector. Your picture confirmed the difference in the connector so I've e-mailed Scanguage and hopefully they can get a new cable to me soon.

A quick phone call with them would probably be quicker. Emails today are getting slower response and again it's off season for most of the RVer so we can wait. Glad to help.

I tried doing that. Was over 50 lines of code. Then found it not necessary. The included outputs/readouts were more than enough.
Just another driving distraction changing outputs.

I went for some warranty work yesterday at the Freightliner dealer which involved turning off the main chassis battery switch and unplugging the Scan Gauge for access to the data port. Now the Scan Gauge stays illuminated all the time instead of turning off a few seconds after the ignition is turned off.

Any ideas?

Unplugged back plug and plugged back in and it went to sleep.
