Filling black water tank for flushing.

How does anyone fill their black water tank so it can be flushed out completely? I always dump before leaving the c.g. but my guage always shows 1/3 full. Our coach is a 2019 Renegade Verano 36 vsb. I am thinking of using the black water flush and then add a good amount of chemical before hitting the road

One or two cups of Tide detergent and 3/4 of liquid in the 40 gallon tank. I fill through the toilet flush valve held open by a Johnny Chock. Gotta pay attention to the progress of the fill though.
I then drive around in a big empty parking lot(if I can find one) like a drunken sailor for a few minutes agitating the sudsy liquid all over the top and all sides of the tank. Then I go dump. If it's never been done before it might take one or two more tries before the sensors are clean.
I use Dawn in the 60 gallon fresh water tank with the same results.
