TPMS's I am familiar with can measure that. Do a search on this site and you will see lots of thread on TPMS recommendations. I think it comes down to preference. Options discussed in this article: https://www.rvorbust.com/tire-pressu...toring-system/. I use a TireTraker 600, which has a reported 0 - 232 psi range.
