Saw this today on CL while looking for something else. Seems like a lot of value for the price although I am not well versed in this market. It also seems like a lot of work but I guess most conversions are. Its fairly close to home so I could go do a preliminary check on it if someone was interested. I dont know any more about it other than whats in the add and dont know the seller.
