Eaton Fuller Forum ?

Hi,

I have a question about my transmission (ultra shift) and this company doesn't seem to want to reply to questions. I don't have a service contract with them.

I need to know about reprogramming shift points.. can anyone point me in the right direction ?

Thanks

I would start by talking to your nearest heavy duty shop.

Other then that I can't help. I row my own gears (least for now)

Unfortunately, that is part of the problem.

The shop i go to is a very good shop ( I am very comfortable with them) that not only work on their 30 or so rigs, but does a massive business with other truck companies and owner operators however, they are not affiliated with any one company so for specific diagnosis, I have had to take the rig else ware and in this province, if you own a legacy Freightliner truck..Freightliner really doesn't want to deal with you. The one small problem i have had, i took it into a Freightliner dealership about 900 miles away..

So i have found that if I do the research, it really helps them...

Thanks...the search continues..

Should be able to go to a kenworth dealer, and they can play with your transmission software. I have a 2013 kenworth with ultrashift, and I found a dealer that flashed my transmission for a better reverse program for free.
