Looking for a part... best truck salvage yard

Hi,

I am looking for a non essential part for my Eaton Fuller ultra shift. I can buy it new but don't want to sell my first born.

The part number is fuller 5574603...at least that is what my truck shop told me.It is the module that is in the dash that shows what gear you are in (among other things). I suspect it is identical on the mdt/hdt.

I have tried many salvage yards (and contacts) across Canada but no joy. Time to head down to the lower 48 even though I am going to take a hit on currency conversion.

Does anyone have a recommendation of who I should contact or avoid or do I just start trolling in Texas, Az, etc..

Thanks...

There are outfits that repair those kinds of things

I could not find an ECM -New or Used for my 83 F150 a few years back.

I went online & found a tech shop that repaired my old one.-It stayed fixed for as long as I owned it!

Dig a little, ask questions from all the outfits you contact- you will find a New- Rebuilt- or repair shop that works on your unit

Thanks...

Have been trolling the 'net for a repair shop...found lots that will do classic and new car gauges...but nothing like this...

My first preference is to repair what I have because I know it's history...

The search is still on..

Try posting over on the Escapee's forum. More big truck folks over there.

Haven't been there in years, but they use to have quite the collection.
Walt & Vern's in Buckley WA.
