I have a short deck. Never thought of that. Thanks.

Everything is a compromise.

A lot of companies are converting away from super singles and you may be able to pick up a set at a decent price. I have 5 million miles OTR and personally don't like them, but most of my dislike would not matter at the lighter weight you would be running. The super's give a slightly narrower track width and running 80K pounds I want as much as I can get, not a major issue at less than 20K. Also I run in a lot of snow and ice and I find a little less fishtailing due to the ridge between the duals.
