1995 Bounder 28' P30 Oil Cooler Lines?
Struggling to figure out where I can get replacement oil cooler lines for my 1995 Bounder on a P30 chassis with the 454, one of them is just absolutely puking oil out at anything above idle oil pressure.
I've checked everywhere I can but so far no luck finding something definitive and I'm not sure a hydro shop could make these very specific lines... sadly the rig isn't parked somewhere where I can take the line off and take it somewhere, it kinda needs to stay together for the moment until I have a definitive replacement.
Here's a quick video for reference of what I am looking at and trying to deal with replacing and... a very obvious 'why' on it too: https://streamable.com/4o4w5v

The replacement trans cooler lines on my Workhorse Chassis were made by a local hydraulic shop.

These hoses can be made at any hose and hydraulic shop that makes custom hoses as long as they have the fittings needed.
Your fittings appear to be standard fittings from what I can see in the video. They will need the old hose for measurements and type of hose. NAPA truck parts house or large truck shops usually make these as well. You’re not limited to buying it from an RV dealer or supplier.

I'm going to check with a few other hydro shops near by to see based on the video if they're interested in the job and a cost estimate at least too.
I don't have the space/time to do it myself sadly so I'll have to take it back to the mechanic I've been using for service, I did notice a small leak from the line for the hydro jack reservoir too specifically when extending the jacks so I'm going to see if I can get that line redone as well.
Essentially from what I've learned with something this old, you kinda have to come into any shop or problem and show where to get the parts and that they're available or else you are really gonna' be in a bad situation fast, just the parking brake assembly recently caused a week long drama in parts and problems...

Remove the lines and walk them into a hydraulic hose shop. They will make new ones and them having the old ones takes the guess work out of fitting size.
I did just such for both my trans lines (4L80E) I used 'Morse Hydraulics'

The op is referring to the engine oil cooler lines. The lines in the video are entirely different. I got replacements from a place in Birmingham AL. the first time and the same thing happened within a couple of years. I think they were original WH old stock parts. They both were leaking in the hose crimps. The second time I got them from UltraRV. The were good yet when I sold the P32. These hoses have a very special end that connects to the engine and I have never seen that type at a hydraulic shop.
VWbus; have you had any problem with your engine oil cooler lines? I was just wondering as you seem to have one of these WH chassis with the most miles on it that I have seen on this forum.

No issues with them (lines). Those lines in the video are the oil cooler lines. Mine route just the same way. They run from the oil cooler around the frame and then up and back to the engine block. The oil cooler in mine is a combined unit with the AC condenser. The lower 1/3rd is the oil cooler and top 2/3rds is the AC condenser.
The following is a thread I created when I replaced the AC condenser w/integral oil cooler in mine (lots of pics). I now have 78.151 original miles on it.

The fitting size on the oil cooler side in 3/4-16 male. I bought the AC condenser w/Integral oil cooler here: https://acmeairparts.com/rvpartsneww...P30/p/58426408
GM P30 chassis .
1993 & Before, the condenser looks the same, but is not metric.
The following is what my oil lines look like at the engine block side (heat wrapped)...

You will need a Dorman 625-626 if you can find one. I bought mine in 2016. Otherwise, its bring the old one to a shop that makes PS hoses.

I fretted over mine for a few years till one of them was leaking oil. I found a guy who did construction vehicle repair. I took them off and explained that the hoses between the pipes had to be set the same way that they come off. He brought the set up back that evening. charged me $50. After I seen what he done I realized I could have done the job myself. but I was tickled to death to have it fixed.
