1995 P30 454 TBI running ruff

I have a Georgie Boy Pursuit on a 1995 P30 chassis 454 TBI with 72000 miles.
Took it out for a test drive before our spring trip. Drove about 50 miles, it ran fine for the first 30-40 mile, stopped and ate lunch, after that the rest of the way home it was missing out or starved for fuel the rest of the way home.
It seams to cruise ok but when you give it the gas it spudders/misses.
I had been home about have hour, started it up and it ran fine. I let it run until it started getting hot and it was still running fine.
I put a new fuel filter on in the fall. I checked all the vacuum lines.

Hope somebody can help me out. We plan on leaving in about two weeks.

Thanks,
John

Assuming you have fresh fuel, I'd start with another fuel filter. Winter crud may have clogged your new filter.
Another thought - may just have been some water in the bottom of the fuel tank - condensation if the fuel tank wasn't full during the entire winter. If so, just drive it again and see if it is 'fixed'.

Also check your spark plug wires, make sure they are not touching/melting on the exhaust manifold
