Good Afternoon
I have 2 Issues to discuss.
I had my machine in for the recall for the steering coupling replacement and since then have had a rubble at 60 mph @ 2000 rpm in 6th gear. When the unit went for the recall I was unable to get the machine to move, when pushed the button on the key pad nothing happened and this caused me to have the machine towed. The towing company removed the drive shaft to tow the machine to the dealer. I told them about the transmission shifter problem and asked to have it corrected once they had the machine. They called me a couple of days later and said the recall was done but that they were unable to find any problem with the transmission shifter. I picked up the machine but only took it back to my storage area and left it for a couple of weeks.
The next time I was on the open road I notice a rubble coming from the drivetrain, but only at 60 mph and 2000 rpm in 6th gear.

I made arrangements to have the unit returned to the dealer,in meantime the shifter hung up again only this time tried a few things, turned off all the power, and tried again this time it started and I took It for the service. I exsplained what was going on and they looked at me like I was from outerspace. low and behold the dealer called me and said that when they went to road test the unit they had the same issue which I had and that they would fix it.

they had it for 3 weeks, I told them that I would be going to Florida in the first week of Oct. and that needed if fixed, after three weeks they had not corrected any of the problems and told me to come and get the unit and return it after I get back from Florida.
Do any of you guys have any ideas as to what is going on hear,

Thanks
Ken

Hey, Ken, welcome to the forum!

Now, please take this well: what do you mean by "rubble"?

Also, when you pushed the key pad and "nothing happened" did you really mean "nothing" or:

- did the indicator show a gear change, but there was no external clue that the transmision had shifted (e.g. a surge due to the driveline being engaged),

- did the indicator show a gear change, but the coach showed NO physical sign of going into gear,

- did the indicator stay in "P"? (that would be "nothing happened" to me)

- Some other combination of clues that I can't think of?

At first blush, reading between the lines, it seems to me that you may have a problem not with the transmission but with the automatic parking brake.

More specific information, please.

Good afternoon Mahlon
I used the word "rubble" I guess I should have said harmonic sound, only when under power, nothing when coasting or over 65 mph.
The transmission key pad is not lit up and will not put trans into gear. seems like no power to the control.

I would bet the rumble is a result of them attaching the drive shaft out of phase. They should have marked the drive shaft so it can be assembled exactly as it was before removable.
