Start surfing the interwebs as there are AC Delco, Delphi, Carquest, Echlin, etc. part numbers.

Thanks, I have the cleaner and will be trying that. right now I'm still trying to figure out if there is a trick to disconnecting the connector. I am a bit afraid to just pull on it, and haven been able to see if there is a catch to push. Don't want to mess it up.

Yes, there is a catch. Get a light and have a close look.

Good advice to clean it. That's the usual problem with them.

I also bought this same Delphi MAS on Amazon. This Delphi part number was recommended by Jon Brazel.

I installed it in Sept 2017 and everything has been running well ever since.

Keep your air filter clean! I use a Wix filter without the foam overlay. I used K & N filters on my carbureted engines but don't on fuel injected engines with a MAS. The oil fouls the MAS.
