Which model?

If it is a 37C it’s at the base of the China cabinet. Behind the louver.

On a 37c it is also seen under the washer/dryer.

Check in the bedroom by removing one of the drawers under the closet. Mine was attached to the bottom of the closet floor upside down . Mine was a 08 38P PA.

If 36 D,it is under kitchen cabinet, pull bottom drawers to get to it

Yep. The washer dryer is in the same vertical space as the China cabinet, and the converter is therefore technically under both, but accessed from the China cabinet side.
