All you need for the moment is a chassis lube, oil and filter change. Check the air pressure in your tires. Anything more than that is totally unnecessary. You should be able to do your interval maintenance including labor for about $200.00 or less.

You might need an air filter or fuel filter but it's not likely that you've run enough miles to warrant those items being serviced.

You may want to start checking these things yourself and if you have any questions just type away and our members here will respond.

Thanks Driver, I looked in my owners manual and it said just as you did. I did just get an e-mail from Workhorse and they will mail me a maintance schedule for a P-32.
McBrides have been doing a good job until they told me about my upcoming 12k service, Ouch .

Hey Marty, find yerself a local JIFFY LUBE, or such that can fit yer MH into the bay and get a first class service for about $50. I did it all the time when on the road, before my ams-oil once a year conversion.

PS: go smack that guy with the $1800 price tag service.

Ok, I purchased a case of Baldwin B7 spin on 2 qt. oil filters for $7.24 ea, a pneumatic grease gun, grease and oil and did the service myself.
I did notice that Mcbrides never lubed the u-joints . Guess I'll be doing the service from now on .

I was looking at my past invoices from McBrides Service and Supply in Chino, CA. Why would they use 15-40 oil in a 8.1 when it calls for 5-30 or 10-30, also 90 psi in all the tires when the front should 80 psi? Now this is a Workhorse service shop.

Did you check the pressure to verify that they in fact did put 90 psi of air in your tires?

Yes, I checked the tires and changed the air pressure in the front from 90 to 80psi. The 3 tickets I have for the times the MH was in for service show 15-40 used in my MH.
