Our '05 Dolphin 5320 with '04 W22 chassis is missing several rows on the digital display. Characters appear with blank lines through them. I know of the re-program recall but our ser# is not in range for that. Do you think I need to have the display replaced rather than re-programmed? I doubt re-programming will correct missing pixels.

Thanks for any advice.

Wade

It's likely that the ribbon isn't seated correctly and you may need to have this checked by a service center. 2005 IP wouldn't be subject to the IP reprogramming recall.
