2005 W24 Fuel Clip Recall

I know this is an old topic but I just purchased a 2005 Newmar on the W24 chassis. The owner is very meticulous on his maintenance and has had all the recalls done that I am aware of except the fuel rail clip. He didn't recall getting a notice but thought it might have been done when he had the spark plug wire issue but was not sure. It is hard to believe the coach went all these years without this being done.

Is there any way to verify if the coach was effected by this recall and if it was done? I checked the workhorse web site but you have to call them to register for an account now.
