Just came in today and is Canadian specs.
I'm trying to find out which chassis I have exactly.
My registration with Workhorse website with VIN revealed the following:
I do have a 2006 frame (W31416) with engine:
Eng Opt: L18; Dspl(L):8.1; Cyl: V8; Fuel Sys: MFI;.
According to Workhorse website generic info on chassis, the Trail-Lite 281 has a P32
Does anyone knows what is exactly this W31416?
Txs
PS: Went skiing tonight and it was a mild -15 Celsius with 100% humidity :-)) Cold to the bones.

Txs for the link; however, I do not have yet the unit (still at he dealer) and I got the VIN from them.
From discussion in this forum, I was the impression I could get all the info from the Workhorse website with my VIN.
Asa you can see, I did get a lot of info, but only the above with regards to Engine and Chassis.
I did a search on this complete forum, but could not come up with what I want to know "Model of Chassis".
I guess I will have to get my hands on the unit to get this info.
Txs again
-22 Celsius this morning.

Got the info.
I contacted the authorized Workhorse in Ottawa (Surgenor truck Center) and the person Wayne, just faxed me the whole history (lot more than what we get when we enter our VIN on the wbesite).
It is a W16 built 28 nov 2005.
Lots of good info. Txs to all who helped (and were going to help) me.

Not that cold here in Minnesota. Sun's higher and the mosquitoes are starting to dig out.
Slow here today.

jypiche,
If your Workhorse is a 2006 chassis then it will not be a p32. 2005 was the last year of them producing the front independent suspension. If you have the 2006 chassis rated at 18,000, it will be the w18 chassis, which rides on the stabil-ride suspension. Look at the sixth digit on you VIN# if it is the letter E than it is the W18. If the sixth digit is 5 then the chassis is a 2005 and it is a P32 chassis. Hope this helps.

jypiche, glad you learned that it's a W-16. Please keep us posted on any issues you find, and don't hesitate to ask questions here. There's a lot of good experience & advice available on this forum. We haven't had a lot of feedback about about the new W-16s, so we'd be interested in what you have to say.

Oh yeah, make sure that furnace works OK; -22 C temps should be dealt with from inside a warm coach!

Txs all for your input.
Mike, I looked at the 6th digit, as recommended, and it is E which you said translate to a w18.
But looking at the full specs sheet that was faxed to me by WH rep in Ottawa, it shows W16 as a MH Chassis and is rated 16000 lbs
Even better, it also says I have a 60 gallons gaz tank, which shows up for 158.5 wheelbase on the WH website. It also states that if you have 190in and above chassis, it comes with a 75 gallons tank.
But on the R-Vision site they show model 281 and 271 as 190 inches wheelbase (mind you that was for 2005).
Am I ever confused!! Guess I'll have to verify myself.
If R-Vision had the info on their 2006, that would surely helped, but.......
For further details on ordering timing:
I ordered the MOHO on the 15th Oct. WH got the order date on the 27th Oct, the build date shows up as 28 nov 05 and the delivery date to R-Vision is 4 Jan 2006 (can probably write-off 2 weeks for the X-Mas period.) That gave R-Vision about 4 weeks to assemble the MOHO and get it here in Ottawa.
So I find that 15 weeks overall is pretty reasonable. For the old timers remember when we had to order our cars and it took 3 months minimum to get them (GM anyway).
Txs again all
PS: I do not mind the cold. I'm a winter guy and also have enough layers to last me through the season :-)

Update on the chassis.
Eventhough WH website states in their docs of the W16 that 60 gallons tank is on the 158.5 inches W16 chassis, R-Vision install the 190 in with the W16 and 60 gallons tank.
I called the dealer and they measured it, plus the 2006 documentation for the Trail-Aire (similar to Trail-Lite) show the same information as above paragraph.
Case solved.
