Question 2008 Workhorse Chassis good battery no power

I have a 2008 Holiday Rambler Arista - workhorse chassis.
Drove it home a couple months ago from a park, started and ran fine. Now it will not start and doesn't even PRETEND to have power from the chassis battery. No lights, beeps, nothing. When I press the connect chassis power button it doesn't click or give an LED light... not sure if it did before.

I checked the battery - completely full. Put it on a charger just in case. Still nothing. Connections seem secure. I have 12+ V on the cables and going into the control/fuse/relay box.

Other odd issues - the coach batteries are OK - slides will move with button - however I have no lights in the coach, no power to anything else. The indicators for the tank levels don't even work. Power step doesn't work either. The generator starts up and runs.

I'm lost!

Seems like the chassis battery is powering the slides but not the engine.

The house batteries are most likely dead. Can you plug in the RV ? Get a dog bone adaptor to a standard outlet.

The house batteries are 11.9V. I put a charger on them to get them back to full. I'm not super familiar with how it all works but I thought that it should start up regardless of the house battery status? If that's not correct then that may be my issue. Once I get them fully charged I will try again.
