2009 Holiday Rambler Admiral W22 Warm Dash Air

2009 Holiday Rambler Admiral - Workhorse W22
After going to 4 AC people in the last 8 months, I finally have my AC issue cured. I have placed shut off valves on both in and out heater hoses, new compressor, high pressure hose, and more... None cured my issue. But shop #4 "Absolute Trailer" in Winter Haven FL knew just what it was and fixed it. As you can guess, it is a very poorly engineered system. Plus many components were not the greatest. Basically he had to rebuild and remount the under hood fan box, evaporator/core cabinet, and more... Due to warpage of thin materials, and poor insulation, there were leaks everywhere. So warm engine air was being sucked into the system while the cool air from the evaporator leaking into the engine compartment. My very low fan speed was caused by the foam in the blower housing was loose and against the fan blade. Now I have a frosty hurricane! Persistence can pay off! Best $350 I ever spent!

(Mostly Semi tractor & trailer repairs, but does a lot of Workhorse AC as well.
