I just wanted to share some information:

I own a 05 Winnebago Adventurer 35A on a Workhorse W24 chassis.
I installed Air Lift 5000 Ultimate kits in the front and rear of this chassis.
I purchased both of these kits at "Suspension Connection" for $827.93, taxes and shipping included in this price.

Kit AL88101 for the front
Kit AL88202 for the rear

These kits made major improvements to the ride and handling of my motorhome:

Steering was improved, (there was no more wandering)
Ride was much smoother
The coach is much quieter
Cornering was greatly improved (very impressed)
75% of the heavy banging from pot holes etc. has been greatly reduced.

I was completely impressed with the test ride after the installation.
I inflated the front bags 30 psi and the rear bags to 45 psi.

I installed the kits myself: The front kit was the easiest, I did not have to pull the front wheels or Jounce bumpers to install AL88101, this kit installs in front of the front axial.

I did not replace the Bilstein shocks.

The rear kit was a little more difficult as I had to pull the wheels and remove the old jounce bumpers and brackets before installing the AL88202 kit.

I would do it again in a heart beat because it truly made huge improvements to the ride and handling of my motorhome. Hope this info helps someone thinking about adding an Air Lift system.

Good information, especially about reducing the banging from hitting bumps. What pressures did you use?. Just enough to take some load off of the leaf springs, or more pressure to actually raise the chassis?

Thanks for posting. Can you also post pictures how they look installed front & rear.
Did you increase the ride height from stock? How much?
I watched the video below and see that they have an internal jounce bumper. Seems like leaving the stock front jounce bumpers on defeats the advantage of having less harsh bottoming out. Comments?

I was intrigued by this and checked with etrailer to see if they would fit my motorhome. I was informed that they would not because mine is a 2001 w20. Apparently they will work on 2002 w20. Does anybody have any idea what change from year to year?

It may be a weight rating thing, I know when I installed them on the rear of my P32 coach that Airlift makes different kits for the under 15,500 GVWR chassis than for the over 15,500 GVWR and they use completely different mounting brackets and mounting bracket position. (one is above the leaf spring the other is outboard of the leaf spring)

I inflated the front to 30 psi and the rear to 45 psi. The bumps and bang still exist but they are greatly reduced. I will experiment with pressures, but I am impressed with what I have now

Yes the Air Life 5000 Ultimate Kit has internal Jounce Bumpers, however they recommend relocating and remounting the original rear jounce bumper (I have not done this). I believe it elevated the ride height (that's their original purpose) my main goal was ride comfort, but they will adjust height and level loads. I will post some photos of the front and rear installations.

I don't have exact info to offer but I did see Kits for W20 chassis, there's a lot to choose from out there as far as air rides go, someone will have a kit for your coach

This is exactly correct, when you specify your exact chassis they send the correct mounting brackets needed. The top brackets of all four of my air bags are bolted to the frame, and the bottoms are all bolted to a leaf spring.

The problem isn't W20, the problem is 2001 which I don't understand. 2002 and up seem OK but I would like to understand the difference.

Some else has requested pictures and I will second that, especially the front with as much detail as you can.

I was offered some non-airbag solutions but was really as interested.

My Sumo springs are 6+ years old and don't seem to be that effective anymore.

They never really helped handling, they did smooth out some bumps.

I have always been interested in air springs and this thread resurrected that interest.

Workhorse has good tech support, I got a chassis manual online, may be there will be a manual for the 01 and 02 so they can be compared. It's been raining here so I don't have pictures yet, but I'll post them soon.
