Auto Park Brake not engaging with shift lever

Thanks for your help! Workhorse P32 Chassis. Our auto parking brake will engage normally with the use of the yellow pull switch, but it no longer engages when the shift lever is moved to the park position. ANy insight on fixing this issue is appreciated!

When was last time you did complete maintenance on auto park system ? Replacing the relay and checking old relay for melting or burning.. check relay harness.. replace rgs and light switch.. and change oil.. on some models there is a tie in somewhere on transmission on drivers side. There could be a relay there.. or it could be transmission switch..
Good luck and keep us posted

Sounds like an issue with the neutral safety switch.
Check this: https://www.irv2.com/forums/f22/auto...de-133614.html

Also try calling www.ultrarvproducts.com Have your VIN handy.
What year is your P-32?

I'm confused. Your troubleshooting link goes to a thread about whether or not to carry a spare tire. What does that have to do with the neutral safety switch. I was hoping to gain some insight as I am having related ussyes.
