First of all why isn't it working? There could be a simple fix or it could get spendie. If the shoes are bad a foot brake won't help. Also with a foot brake if someone else drove it, (repair shop etc.) they would expect that when it is in park it would act like any other vehicle. The WCC chassis do not have a park pawl in the transmission.

There are simple repairs and upgrades that make system more reliable.. and with proper maintenance.. it works as intended.. tell us what is going on.. many members here will help.. but there are complete kits on ebay.. good luck and let us know what you did and maybe better members then me will help you.. don't forget pictures are great too.
