When I travel over rough spots my cruise control drops off. In checking it appears the switch needs to be adjusted. Has anyone done this themselves or do I need to take it to Workhorse? My brake peddle is not sticking, it is just that the switch barely touches the peddle.
I will appreciate any suggestions someone might have.
Thanks; Don

You can move the switch location by grabbing and moving the switch closer to the brake pedal when it's in a full back position. It'll move into place one click at a time. Just make sure you move it perpendicular to the anchor point. Try not to pull on it off center, simply straight back should do fine.
Once the switch is set you should see the plunger fully inside the body of the switch. Give it a try and let us know how you made out.

Don, if what Driver suggested doesn't take care of the problem, you probably do want to take it to a Workhorse dealer. I had a problem on my previous owned '01 Workhorse that was caused by a faulty "Resistive Wire" which is part of the brake lights circuit. Apparently it wasn't doing it's job all the time and the computer saw this as the brake's coming on and switched off the cruise control.

Thanks Bob;
I have been too busy the last couple of days to work on the MH. Hopefully this weekend I will.
