Brake rotor and hub seal change torque specs

Hope someone can confirm or correct this for me . Im replacing brake rotors and hub seals on my 2005 Dolphin on a W22 chassis I am familiar with the bearing pre load procedure , need to confirm torque specs . Here is what came from a 2010 Workhorse service manual for the Dana S150 rear axle and not sure if these numbers apply a 2005 W22 ? Tighten the hub nut to 200 lb. while rotating the hub , back off one turn and retighten to 50 lb. install tang lock washer and lock nut , tighten lock nut to 250 lb. and bend tangs on lock washer . Same process and torque values for the front axle except after the final torque of 50 lb. back off 1/8 to1/4 turn to set the cotter pin.
Also is 120 lb. correct for the brake rotor to hub bolts and should RTV sealant be used on the rear hub seal before installing it in the hub ?

Just want to do it right .
