Calling on Workhorse UFO owners

Hi all,

Would like to hear from whoever still owns a Workhorse UFO. I am having some issues with the brake system which is annoying me.

Thanks,

Is it the HCU? or the SAHR?

HCU and SAHR both replaced here

What kind of issues are you having?

I have 45,000 miles on the clock and have no brake lining or calliper issues. Lots of lining left and the rotors look to be in great shape.

Now, the HCU failed while the coach was parked so inconvenience was only financial.

The SAHR failure was another matter! Slammed the parking brake on at about 30 mph ... now that got my attention! Had to replace the entire unit after trying to replace only the solenoid, only to find that they had upgraded the solenoid to a larger unit without telling the service people or noting the change up in their parts books.

Hi both,

My apologies for later delay as was away on a trip.

Got the coach back 2 weeks ago, issue was with an Abs sensor, tone ring sensor and rotor.

Working fine now.
