We took our coach to the AZ dealer last April to get this taken care of. It was backordered.

It finally arrived at the AZ dealer in July, while we were in Oregon. So they sent it back.

In Sept, we had it ordered again in AZ, but it was backordered and arrived there while we were in CA for two months, so they sent it to their San Diego dealership. Unfortunately, by the time they could schedule us in, we were back in AZ, so they sent it back. It has been on order and backordered again since that time.

On 1/31/06, we took it back to the dealer for regular maintenance, oil change, and a few small fixes. It was, again, backordered. We left the coach there until 2/28/06, but it didn't arrive.

We are now going to be leaving for our summer location in CA on 4/1/06, and still no catalytic converter.

If it isn't here before we leave, they are going to send it to their San Diego dealership when it comes in.... (here we go again!)

Plus, I am told that it only takes a few hours to do the work. Yet, the San Diego dealer said I would have to leave the coach for 2 or 3 days. Since we live in the coach while in CA, this does not thrill me, and they do not have room for us to stay in the coach on their property. I don't want to pay summer beach resort hotel prices while they do a 2-3 hr job that should have been done a year ago.

I suppose we could find another WCC service center in the CA area who will do the work in one day, but they we will have to start the same backorder routine again.

This is getting ridiculous!

Thanks. Redlands is quite a bit north of San Diego, but may be what we need to do to get this done.
