Check engine oil level

Good Afternoon. I had the check engine oil level warning on my dash readout when I began today's drive, on my 2003 La Palma p32 chassis. The oil level was checked before the trip, and after the warning. The level was perfect. The oil pressure ran normal at 43psi to 48 psi. The motorhome had just been serviced before the journey. Is there a sensor wire that could have been bumped? How can I reset the warning?

Thanks
Greg

I believe if you look at the side of the engine oil pan you will see a sensor with a wire connector attached. It is possible the connector could have been hit. There is also a remote chance draining the oil caused the sensor to stick in the low oil position and didn't return to a safe level position.
It may or may not correct itself with driving.
The sensor should be replaceable or may just need cleaning to regain accuracy. I would check for signs of damage or loose wires first. I don't know of a reset but it might be wise to check your owner's manual.
