Dash Air Conditioner questions

Last month I had the engine oil cooler lines replaced and on the way home I noticed that the Dash air was only blowing hot air. After several days of trouble shooting I didn't find the problem so I started looking to replace the A/C system since our coach is a 2002 Winnebago Adventurer with original equipment. I suspected a blocked condenser since the suction line didn't get cold so I took it to a repair facility for repair. That was six weeks ago... They replaced everything in the system. It's still not working. I'm not sure if they replaced the evaporator or not but I know there are lots of experts out there . I would appreciate any thoughts as we are up against our departure date for our trip.

Check the Evan's control valve to see if it's really shutting off the hot water.

Exactly. You could bypass the coolant flow into the heater box by plugging the two hoses into each other and see if you get A/C cooling. Evans has a good diagnosis document on their website.

Appreciate the comments. This is where we are now. Yes, the evaporator box was bypassed and made no difference, They also boroscoped the evaporator unit and said it was like new in side. They contacted several of the "best A/C shops" in town and recommended changing out the expansion valve again. We will see...... also, the suction side line still isn't getting cold. Still looking................
