Delay wiper schematic

Does anyone have a schematic for the wipers on a W series? My 2006 W24 is having a weird problem with the wipers.

When installed in the chassis, the motor works great on high, but does nothing on mist/low/delay.

I've cleaned and checked all the connectors, and they're fine. I added some waterproof goop just to make sure they stay that way. I checked the voltage at the connector, and saw 12V appear when I had the control set to LOW, but the motor didn't move so I assumed it was the motor.

But, when I bench tested the motor, it's got tons of torque on both high and low, etc. I put it back on the chassis, and it doesn't work. I finally did a bit more probing and found a really weird situation. While there's 12V appearing on the low power side of the motor, it drops to 0 as soon as there's any load on it then takes a few seconds to recover back to 12V. Even a tiny automotive headlight only barely glows when put on the low speed side.

Is there a relay somewhere that might have gone bad, or is everything through the cursed wiper delay/transmission selector LED box bolted to the steering column? The whole box is epoxy poured, so my chances of testing any drive transistors that might be in there are pretty much zero.

I actually just happened to see it on your site, so I grabbed it there. Thanks so much for that.

I'll reply back with what I find wrong in case anyone else has this problem.
