Electronic Brake Control Module [EBCM]

I have a 2008 Safari Passage 315 on a Workhorse Custom Chassis W18. Recently, the ABS, Check Engine and Brake lights came on along with a Brake Failure warning chime. I have the coach at my local commercial Chevrolet dealer and they diagnosed the issue as being the EBCM. They claim they can get the part from GM but do not have the tool or software to program the unit. I know that Workhorse Service Centers are hard to find. Anyone know of any that are still open? I’m in the Erie, Pennsylvania area. I checked with www.workhorseparts.com and item is out of stock. Any information would be greatly appreciated. It’s my understanding if I get the part from them it will be preprogrammed to my vehicle.

Thanks,
Kyle

Welcome to iRV2.

Sorry your first post is about problems .

I'd say visit the Ultra RV web site , they're our go-to supplier for Workhorse parts .

UPDATE: my local Chevrolet dealer misdiagnosed the issue more than likely as they didn’t have the proper equipment. I took the rig to Cleveland Brothers RIG360 Truck Center and they found the brake line leaking at the flare. Installed a new brake line, reprogrammed the ABS as the code was for engine retarder brakes which the rig doesn’t have. $18 in parts versus the $5000 I was quoted at the first shop.
