Cummings Cal Pacific, Inc in El Cajon, CA is a great shop. My compliments to Niki the service manager who arranged diagnosis of my Workhorse 8.1 engine miss problem and Joel the proffessional tech who solved the problem and took the time to show me the old wires and explain how he located the burned wires.
I just wish the shop was located closer to PA so I could use them for routine maintenance.

Casey, I agree. Bremen's is a great shop. We used them on a trip west when monaco kicked us out of their factory repair center and told us it was a Workhorse problem. The people at Bremens were very responsive to our situation and brought us right in to repair burnt plug wires (3rd time). We meet the owners, they contacted WCC and had it worked out to send the cold air kit to Rapid city Chevrolet to install.

Frank diagnosed a faulty fuel pump, replaced fuel filter and replaced a kinked generator fuel line (they noticed during repairs) and had us back on the road by noon.
The motorhome was spotless after the repairs and the mechanic explained the complete repaired to me.
Top-notch operation.

I'll second this post. My Workhorse/Winne has been to The Truck Center and Frank with techs gave me absolutely superior service. Coach was again spotless upon completion...and delivered as promised. Very customer oriented staff and they will continue to get my regular and warranty chassis service.

Anyone know of a good service center in the central Florida (Orlando) area. No problems, but I like to be prepaired. New coach, and I hope I will never have a need for repaire, but we don't live in a perfect world.

I've now had two good service experiences dealing with Lee at Guaranty Chevrolet, Santa Ana, CA.
First was instrument cluster & pulley realignment. Recently, he got Workhorse coverage of plug wire/cooling kit retrofit repairs for my out-of-warranty rig. So far, reasonable, timely, only does what work is necessary.
