We had a most pleasant experience with our last brake episode at

Turning Wheel RV
Mobile, Alabama
251-661-5400
Steve McDonald, Service Manager

We arrived late in the day, they hooked us up to power and water and allowed us to stay in their lot overnight. At 8:00 am the next morning they got right on it . . . had the calipers, brake lines, pads, etc. in stock and were done by that evening. They allowed us to stay an extra night with hookups since it was late. Steve even called to make sure we made it to our destination the next day.

We also had one of the best (and biggest) shrimp po'boy sandwiches within walking distance! We highly rate and recommend this WH service center.

JeeperJohn, Please make sure that you also go on the workhorse.com website and "Rate A Dealer"." It's important and it won't take long.

Manually .... Go to: workhorse.com/Motorhome/Dealers/"Rate a Motorhome Service Center".

Driver,

Sorry, I forgot to mention that we did rate this SC as excellent online the very next day after the service was done in December '08. Just thought it might be useful to post here as well since we all will be looking for a good SC in the hopefully near future.

Unhappy

I am surprised no one has mentioned REEDER CHEVROLET CO. on Clinton Hwy in
Knoxville Tenn. I talked to the service mgr Ken Kohlhorst on the phone and he had my problem figured out during the conversation. Turn signal switch and the PRNDL module had both burned out. Went in the next day and was back on the road in less than 2 hours. He went out of his way to accommodate my warranty company and see the that I only paid my deductle plus a fuse.
He told me that GM parts are always cheaper than Workhorse when they interchange. Good to know for home mechanics.

Workhorse Service Center

Without a doubt Apalachee RV Center is the best repair facility in the southeast area. I have tried to attach their business card. Also check out www.myarv.com

Another vote for Reeder Chevrolet. While on the road I had a miss in the engine. I called ahead. They had me in and out in about an hr. Great service!

Smile Miller Automotive Service

I cast my vote for Miller Automotive Service in Beltsville, MD. My 2007 Bounder rear wheel seals were leaking. I took it in on Monday and it was ready on Tuesday. This is a large shop and the cleanest I have seen. I will go there for all of my Workhores service.

Workhorse Service at Golby Motors, Orlando, FL

Had warranty service done at Golby Motors in Orlando, FL, last week. Leaking oil seal on front wheel bearing, squeak in steering wheel and radiator fan hitting the shroud. Am pleased with the prompt service. Would suggest that you call and get directions before showing up as it is not that easy to spot from the street.

You mean it's the service center next to the 200 foot tower? I think its almost a dead giveaway!

Remember to "Rate The Dealer" on the workhose.com website.
