Redlands RV might do the work. Expensive shop and they're a haul from San Diego but they're a top rated facility.

I use a Work Horse MH and camper service, Holman RV, Batavia Ohio, They don't sell MHs but have serviced mine since 2015.

Looking for Repair shop

Hi
I live in Yakima WA and I'm having a heck of a time finding a repair shop.

There are a few places that work on MH class A, and the most popular ones here I've had problems with. The most popular that everyone tries to refer me to over filled my rig with oil by a quart and it was smoking like crazy and when I talked to the manager I got a huge attitude from him.

Anyway, why is it that it's so hard to find a repair shop that works on MH?
isn't an engine an engine a engine?
I'm now down to going the the Chevrolet dealership here and they are by no means a great place to take it for repairs.

This has to do with a service engine code P0507 on a 1999 P30 7.4 L
One place worked on it charged me did not fix had it for a month and things were stolen from it. (won't go back there)
One place could not figure it out.
Now have an appointment with chevy dealership and I don't have great hopes that they will fix it.

Anyone have recommendations for a shop in the Yakima WA vicinity?

Thanks
Geri

Statkus Engines in Albuquerque, NM is an excellent Workhorse facility. They are knowledgeable and fairly priced. They have done various repairs for me over the years. They are conveniently located right off I-40 here in Albuquerque. I highly recommend Statkus Engines.

Have a Service appointment at Redlands Truck & RV, Relands CA> Let you know how it goes in our 07 Bounder. Needs Header repair/replace, tuneup, shocks, chassis, motor, trans service.
Also like to upgrade the 2 Roof AC units not cooling enough in desert climates.
Anything we should remember?

Our new to us 35' Winnie needed a tranny adjustment because a light was on. After unsuccessful at RV repair shop I took to Allison in Kent ,WA. Pacific Power Group. They did a wonderful job by only doing what I asked them, kept me up to date and our new rig drives beautifully.

Keep in mind any large truck repair facility can work on these chassis. Now whether they want to use another question but anybody can work on these chassis there’s nothing special about them.

It's very difficult to find anyone who will work on it and if you do be prepared to be at their mercy. I have a 2004 Pace Arrow I'm selling just for that reason. We love the motorhome but I'm scared of having a problem on the road.

Was it hard finding someone to give you a quote?
