Mr Driver, How about a new permanent Topic? Suggested titled: Workhorse Owner's Favorite Service Centers or something you see as appropriate. As owners we could post our good experiences, and when traveling and we need service, we could refer to the post. I certainly would rather have a real owner's service experience, than a address of unknown quality

Ron55!

That's a great idea! OK folks let's get on it. If you have had a "positive" service experience let's see it here! I'll send a link to the folks that monitor our little part of the Internet so they can share your enthusiasm.

I'm very pleased to make the first entry into "our" database and one of my favorite service centers is:

E&F Truck & Engine Repair
522 Cottage Grove Road, Bldg D
Bloomfield, CT 06002
(860)242-1211

See Elidio!

E&F is wanting to switch over toward being an entirely dedicated Workhorse Service Center where they would fix motorhomes and all the Workhorse commercial products as well. You can't go wrong by allowing E&F to work on your rig because they are a dedicated to their work and they are very much a professional outfit.

I would rate this dealer as a 9 out of 10.

Their customer waiting area needs a bit of improvement as of the last time I went there.

This is a great idea. I would have to say:

McBride's Service and Supply Co.
13788 Oaks, Ave., Chino, California
(800) 421-7788
(909) 627-7566

They have just become a distributor for Ultrapower as well, I believe out of the Redlands Truck Center & RV. They are a Workhorse authorized service center. They know me when I come in and I have been treated with the utmost courtesy. It really helps that they are close to me. I'd rate them as a 9, I personally do not give 10's. There would be no where else to improve it that was the case. As well, their customer waiting area needs help.

Here are a two more centers to add to your list.

Cummins Mid-States Power, Inc. (A Coach Care Center)
450 West Northtown Road
Normal, IL 61761
800-759-4355 or 309-452-4454

Tom Naquin Chevrolet, Inc.
2500 West Lexington Avenue
Elkhart, IN 46514-1414
219-193-8621 (service)

We have used both of these centers and they were very professional, delivered on time and the bills were quite reasonable. The tech at Tom Naquin was especially good, tracing a reduced engine power message down to a loose fuse holder that generated the same computer code each time the fuse was wiggled or moved.

After having my w-22 brakes lock up (after havin the recall) my local Workhorse service center from Chattanooga, TN was open. So I called Jim at Logistic leasing in Chattanooga (I was outside Charlotte, NC at the time). He gave me some good advice to get me back on the road. Then when I was able to get it home they rushed me in and made a full rotor and caliper swap and worked with my after market warranty company to get most of it covered.

The brakes never felt better and my wallet was barely touched !

Logistics Leasing, LLC
3216 Alton Park Blvd. Chattanooga, TN 37410

In southern Ontario, Canada this place always got me in for service the next day and were very professional. They even claimed they could do same day emergency service most of the time.

Listed below NOT an authorized WH Svc Ctr, but fixed my rig (R&R fan belt after having rig towed to their location) on an emergency basis. This facility is a LARGE Chevy car dlr, w/dump trucks, etc.

They had a fan belt in stock. Don't know about other parts tho. In New Castle/Wilmington, DE, across from airport.

I have used two Workhorse service centers.

I echo the response about Redlands Truck. Not only did they take care of the problems I went if for but they found a wet wheel seal and fixed that also. Full preventive maintenance, complete alignment, updated ECM, fuel clip recall, and the wheel seal in 5 hours while I waited. Not cheap but good service.

In Colorado Springs there's only one Workhorse Service Center. They don't have a whole lot of parking space but I've always had very positive results.
