Flickering Lights on Instrument Panel

I've just finished flushing my brake system and replacing plugs and wires. When I started up after the engine work, the idiot lights on the left side of my gauges (only the ones on the left) began flickering (see attached video). Neither the Check Engine nor any other light came on to indicate a problem. I double checked all the wire connectors on top of the engine to make sure I hadn't loosened one of them. I should add that the engine runs fine. I'm pretty sure I started the engine after finishing the brakes and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Any ideas what might have caused this issue and/or how to correct it?

Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Try this diagnostic test to confirm if the cluster is the problem.

Let us know what you find.
