At almost 6000 miles I took the MH in for a lube and had them look at the passenger front tire as it was normal across all tread depth except the outside one that was about 3/32 lower then the other three.
It was found that the toe in was off by 3/8 inch. They adjusted it and said to keep the tire in this position for now.
The proper rotation will be done at 10,000 miles and the procedure is to take the two passenger side duals to the front. One goes straight ahead to the front and the other goes to the other side. then at 20,000 miles it is done again using the driver side rear duals. The spare is never used for tire rotation.
This is a front end alginment shop that does most all the motorhomes in my area since 1946, a lot of experience
Passing on what I consider to be good info.

What is the name of the shop and did they also do an oil change with the lube?

Reinegger Frame & Wheel at 1125 So. Third Street at Keyes Street.
Yes they did both the alignment and the complete lube.
