Front suspension 2001 vs 2002

I got interested in the air lift discussion. When I checked with vendors I was told that the kits would work with 2002 and up but not 2001. Mine is the 2001. The kits are the same for W20, W22 and W24 so that isn't it.

Does anybody know what is different between these two years? Would appreciate knowing.

Thanks

Make sure that the chassis is the same year as the coach. Sometimes the manufacturer has a chassis in inventory that is a year older than the motorhome itself.
