Gauge cluster repair "AGAIN".

Our 2004 workhorse had the typical led failure in 2008. Mcbrides in Corona Cal. sent it out for repair. It came back with the new "nice blue" led screen.

Worked fine until a couple months ago when the tach stopped working.
We have a scan gauge2 set up so I left it alone. Then the temp gauge went belly-up so I shipped it to Brazels in Wash. I stated please replace all four motors and glass as it was a little scratched.

Got a call that the strip with mileage ect. was no good. Well OK fix it and forget about the glass replacement, I'll polish it myself.

To my surprise I have the "original" color display.. pinkish. Not the bright blue one I had.

Very disappointed

I think Brazels has multiple options for this and that the blue display costs extra

What did Brazels tell you when you informed them you didn't get what you expected?
Their customer satisfaction is very high and in 15 yrs there are very few if any customer complaints on this forum.
