Electrical schematic says it’s part of the under hood electrical center. Our ‘02 W22, that center is mounted up and to the right of the brake bell crank in a black plastic box.

Horn power thru the relay contacts comes thru fuse 54, bottom right hand 50 amp fuse in that box.

Thank you Mrmark for your reply. They must of changed in 04.
Looks like the horns go to a electronic relay board under dash.
I traced the green horn wire to that point. Looking for the horn button wire. I have continuity from button to plug at bottom of steering column. No continuity at that electronic relay. Might be the problem. Trying to fined where the horn button wire go's from the steering column. Need the schematic for a 04 w22 workhorse chassis winnebago adventurer.. I can't find that exact wire schematic.

Thought I would send this anyway just in case you didn’t have it. It’s from the schematic posted until recently on Navistar’s website. For a 2001.

It would surprise me if they changed it, but anything is possible. There are others who better know about the intricacies of Workhorse who may chime in.

Horn

I have that schematic. It doesn't match my chassis. I install new horns I cleaned the slip ring on steering wheel. I sent a photo of the electronic relay board. I can't find a schematic the shows this board.

Horn.

I just found out that the relay board is for the daytime running lights .does the horn work through this module. I've looked everywhere for the horn relay. Can't find it. Looked outside and inside can't find it.......New horn installed. I don't hear a click. Where is this relay... has it been removed by previous owner. This is kicking me butt...

Did the old horns work? If so, do you still have them, or at least one of them? If so, I would un hook your new ones and hook up at least one of the old ones to test the circuit.

I just last week went all thru and straightened up the rats nest of the under dash wiring on ours and didn’t see anything like you have pictured so am thinking your right - they may have changed something. But I was mostly working on the left hand side of the steering column - not sure where your picture was taken from. (FWIW - my issue was recent intermittent BigFoot control panel operation and a driver rear view mirror that quit moving. I found a bad QD crimp lug on the wiring for the BigFoot, and stumbled into a partially disassembled Molex connector for the mirror.).

Horn

I found it. Black relay. Mounted to left of driver kick panel. Had a carpet box built over it. Took it off there it is. Tried a new relay. Wow I got horns. I'm a happy camper now. Unbelievable hidden panel..

Thank you for your support.
James..
