I guess I missed something!

I just called my dealer for the annual inspection, oil change, etc. I informed them that I experienced the brake problem (Passenger side front locked up). I was told that it is not a recall and even though I have experienced to problem if I want them to "take a look" it will all be on me!!

Experiencing the problem does not, apparently, make a difference. How does Workhorse get the data for their analysis? I guess I am to cheap to provide them with the data!

Live and learn!

Your dealer is misinformed. If you have experienced one of the brake failure symptoms you most likely have a failing caliper. The dealer will have to pull the wheels and inspect and send pictures to their Workhorse Regional Service Manager for approval. If approval is gained, Workhorse will cover the inspection and replacement of necessary parts. If the inspection yields no evidence of caliper failure, then the cost of the inspection is on you.
