SO... Stage +.5 installed
I got my front trac bar installed last week, and just went on vacation. I found myself cruising comfortably at 70+ on a 3 lane road between 2 semi's. I would rate the front trac bar as a 15% improvement. It goes where you steer it. Yes, there is some movement, but the movement seems predictable, and you know there is a point where it digs in, and responds. Previously, it never seemed to dig in, and you never knew where it was going to go.
I do have an issue, I hope Jon can confirm my thought process. When I started my trip, I had a full tank of water. The water tank is very near the front of the coach, so a full tank adds a lot of weight to the front axle. In contrast, on the way home, the water tank was empty, holding tanks were full, which are directly over the rear axle. This seem to screw up the handling. It was much harder to drive home than it was to drive to my destination - more push from vehicles around me.
Soo... the million dollar question is, can this be fixed with a front end alignment, and increasing the caster? (current alignment is stock setup)
