Latest Brake Recall Info...

After receiving my recall notice I tried to call Workhorse and the phone response was very slow. I'm sure this is due to over load. I then got on the Workhorse website and noticed 2 new buttons that listed all the Authorized WH Service Centers that could be searched by state or zip code. The Select Service Center list was there as well. The Select Service Center list is the large volume centers that are offering the $1500 package that replaces the pads, rotors and seals so that your coach leaves with completly all new brakes after the recall replaces the calipers. Using the links below should speed up finding the dealer you want to use for the recall and reduce the load on the phone service.

Remember, if you vin number has a "6" in the sixth position your coach is in the recall and will have the calipers replaced as soon as you can make an appointment.

Good luck and good traveling,
Dave

Excellent!

We're seeing movement on the Select Service Centers!
