Navistar Sells Workhorse

Found this in a magazine called Charged. This is mostly for Electric vehicles. these are quotes. " the commercial vehicle powerhouse Navistar decided to sell off its Workhorse subsidiary, A step van chassis manufacturer." they sold it to an outfit called AMP. " including the Workhorse factory in Indiana." "the details of the Workhorse acquisition are not public." " The newly acquired factory makes gas versions and AMP will add electric, propane and natural gas to the lineup." They appear to be making panel / cube vans. Got this from a magazine folks. Just some information. Draw your own conclusions.

Happy Motoring

Looks like it would be final step in an announcement made in 3/13.

MIKE: That is what this forum is all about. Owners asking questions and other members offering their experience and opinions.

Please feel free to ask away,.........but please consider starting a new thread to keep the discussion "focused". Also, there is a good search feature at the top of the page which allows you to search only the Workhorse forum for previous threads.

The Workhorse web site is still active.
You can call them, find authorized service centers, etc.
