Need help with 91 chevy p30 brake light and power steering issue

Hi I'm currently working on an 91 Chevy bounder p30 with a 454 and hydroboost. The issue is I can't turn more than 1 round left and right when wheels are on the ground, when on jacks can turn 2 and a half rounds left/right. Also brake light stays on when in park or in gear. I've changed power steering pump flushed clear and new master brake cylinder and flushed fluid, brakes have/hold pressure and pump doesn't squeak anymore. Also I was curious what switch would replace the one on the park brake actuator line as it is saudered to the connector/wires.
