This new WSC is Joes Auto RV & Truck. They have been the wsc is Lake Havasu City for years and now have expanded to Kingman. It's a brand new facility with large indoor bays, really nice. They are also in the commercial fleet service and are used to dealing with the bigger rigs, not like so many wsc's that are GM auto dealers that don't even want to work on motorhomes.
They have replaced my Actia IP twice (in Havasu). An example of how they work is I called them with the milage info on the panel, they had the new one in two days, called said it was in and when did I want to come have it installed. "How about tomorrow about 11". "Come on down". Went down and was there less than an hour both times and on my way back home. I asked Joe personally about the complaint about wsc's having to stock a certain dollar value of parts, his answer was "I have no problems, as I also have commercial accounts, and if your in the service business, you need to stock parts"
They are located at 9350 Shipping Lane, Kingman Az, 86402. Their Phone number is 928-681-5823. They are actually located in the Kingman airport industrial park, exit 53 (famous route 66) off of I40, north a few miles. Real easy in and out.

Do you know if they have hookups?

Thanks for the info. I spend a lot of time in Havasu and looked up the local
Workhorse Service Centers. I haven't needed their services but was a little troubled about taking my expensive vehicle to a place called Joe's Auto. Somehow I seem to feel more comfortable taking it to a place with a name more like Excellent RV Service. Funny how names can influence us. I have a friend with a $700,000 Beaver that takes his there. I will be giving them a call if needed.
