My 2003 Sightseer 30, P32 has had both air bags fail due to small leaks near fill valve at less than 7000 miles. Replaced under warranty but I feel it will reoccur after warranty. Any solution or mods? thanks

AS I understand it, you can replace the entire afair with coil springs alone and ditch the air bags. Henderson has springs of the correct weight. I've already planned on doing this to my 2003 P32 if I get air bag problems.
A cheaper, do it youself, would be to replace the stock air bags with Firestone's. I'm told they're superior to the OEM's.
But personaly, I'm going with straight coils if forced into fixing it.

I have leaking front coil spring air bags- cracks around the valve stems. What are the best replacement bags and where can I order them.

We sell tons of weight matched coil springs,to me this is the onlt wat to go if you have air bag problems. It is a permanent repair, the alignment will stay where it is set at because your ride height is constant.Your tires will last longer than they ever have.last but not least your ride comfort is superior, the wife wont be yelling at you anymore(goodluck). The springs are 289.95 plus shipping, all we need is your front axle weight.

Any Workhorse service center can order heavy duty OEM replacements from Workhorse. One of the things that Workhorse did when they took over the Chevy P32 chassis was to improve the front suspension. One of the improvements is a better air bag and that bag can be used in older P32's as well. That's one good choice.

There are aftermarket suppliers as well, but I don't know any names offhand.
