I am not sure what you have for plugs on the back of your headlights. Mine jsut had the old four headlight sealed beam rectangular headlight so they were the old tried and true 2 or 3 wire plugs. It made it simple that way. This one I have now has the new style weatherproof sealed plugs with about 8 wires in it. It would take me a lot longer to figure out how to do it.

Is your headlamp switch a rocker switch or a pull push switch. My 2002 P-32 has a pull push switch. Build date 11/2001.

After some thought on these switches, it finally dawned on me that they are not Workhorse parts. Those switches are installed and supplied by the coach manufacturer. I looked in the Winnebago parts book and they are listed in it. I know you don't have a Winnebago but the dash with the gauges in it, is all that Workhorse supplies.

I have found everything. I got the headlight wiring pigtail/plug from Mill Supply, the headlight switch itself from a local parts house, and the dimmer switch from GM Parts Giant. IDK if I want to do a relay right now. I am going to replace the bulbs (I already have an LED headlight) with LEDs before my next trip. Hopefully this will reduce enough of the load where everything in the headlight system will last for a while. I do sometime tow a small motorcycle trailer, and it is all LED. All this is exhausting, but not as exhausting as a $1,000 a month payment for a new(er) one.
