Parking Brake Cables made of Unobtanium

In my search for obsolete parts for my 97 Holiday Rambler Vacationer, I became focused on Parking Brake cables: Unavailable on Amazon, eBay, Auto & Truck parts stores, Ultra RV (Great Store, by the way) And Workhorseparts.

I was searching through AirForums.com and came up with a post that mentioned cables from a company called ORSCHEIN. An email to them (in China, perhaps) resulted in a speedy reply recommending The Parts House.

A brief call to The Parts House with the GM part number resulted in an order for a custom made cable to ORSCHEIN/GM specs. Made to order & promised to ship within 24 hours.

While I haven't received the cable yet, I want to share the information.

I hope this helps anyone searching in vain for hard to find Parking Brake Cables.

I'll hold my excitement back until I hear the cables you ordered fit and work the way they should. I'm hoping they do.
