Pcm/tcm-1 fuse issue

New member that’s been searching for answers concerning the PCM/TCM fuse. I have purchased a 2004 Monaco LaPalma 36 DBD, with a Workhorse Custom Chassis, and a 8.1 L V8.
I’m having an issue with the PCM fuse blowing. I’ve had it to two different shops that have not been able to find the problem. I haven’t been able to make it happen, other than it has never happened at highway speeds, usually at slow speed or when coming to a stop. Has anyone else experienced this, or heard of it before?
We have not been able to find a schematics for this unit either.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The site for Workhorse wiring info was shut down last time I posted a link , but I'll try again.

EDIT: still not working , I'll look for another link to the site.
