Power Gear Jacks Technician Recommendation

Our jacks failed on us in 2018. We tried as best we could with some guidance to trouble shoot by checking fluid level OK. Fuses = appeared OK if we did it right? Even at one stage trying to swap hoses around.

Basically they just won't come down/move but can hear a light motor type noise. Not sure what it is is, and again have tried to check ourselves with limited abilities.

Paid $600 to a local mobile tech here in 2019 who had it at his place for 3 weeks and not sure what he did but didn't resolve it.

We really don't know what to do ourselves and absolutely don't want to throw good money after bad, but would like to get it resolved, albeit we've used without the jacks since.

Can anyone recommend an experienced technician/mechanic for these jacks, anywhere from Alberta heading south over the border even for our upcoming trip that would genuinely be able to trouble shoot. ie; not just say "it needs a new pump or a new motor etc", unless it absolutely does and it's not a different easier fix. In other words someone with good experience troubleshooting these jacks.

So much appreciated. SD.
