R-26 / UFO replacement mufflers

Has anyone changed out their OEM mufflers and would like to share details of their choice in mufflers?
I need to replace mine and was leaning toward Flowmaster until I read some postings here.
Did you clamp them or weld them in place?

I will be interested to see what gets posted. I was recently under my UFO for a different reason and happened to notice one of my mufflers had a slight seam separation.

A Workhorse service center welded my originals years ago as they said they were leaking at the connections.
